The Eco Schools Symposium is a youth-led conference on environmental issues among students, teachers, and experts for the contribution of all to school sustainability.

 

At this event, Kayla and Katherine had the opportunity to educate the participants about the types of plastics, recyclable, and non-recyclable materials. We had the participants engage in an activity where they sorted the plastic items collected from plogging to identify which items were recyclable and which were not.
